Brandenburg · CAP 2023–2027
The whole farm.
One system.
Draw parcels, value the soil, manage leases, plan the year, check the application, run the hunting grounds. Nemus. One keeps it all attached to the same piece of land — from the cadastral parcel to the wheel track.
Three areas
Field, forest and hunting ground share the same space.
One cadastral parcel often carries all three. So these are not separate programs but views onto the same records — what the lease says holds true on the hunting side.
Farming
The largest area: parcels, soil, leases, plough exchange, rotation, cropping and route planning, subsidies and reporting.
See it allForestry
The smallest area, honestly: woodland as its own stands with species, establishment year and geometry on the map.
See it allHunting
A complete set of hunting records: installations, bookings, bag, camera traps, driven hunts and the association with its voting rights.
See it allThe way through the year
Six steps, one set of data.
Each step builds on the result of the last. Nothing is entered twice, and no figure appears differently in two places.
Bring the parcels in
Upload a shapefile or pull cadastral parcels from the official register. Broken geometries are filtered out, UTM coordinates converted automatically.
Value the soil
The official soil survey is laid over your own geometry. The result is soil index, arable index and soil points per parcel — traceable down to the single intersection.
Settle leases and swaps
Contracts, owners, deadlines and payments on the same parcel. A plough exchange is calculated in soil points rather than by feel.
Plan the year
Rotation, crops, work steps, machinery and dates. Down to the question of which direction the field gets driven in.
Check the application
Eco-schemes, conditionality and deadlines run as a continuous check. Whatever does not fit is named together with the parcel it concerns.
Run the grounds
Installations, bag, camera traps and the hunting association — on the same parcels and with the same people as the lease side.
AI assistant
An adviser that knows your own farm.
The assistant reads lease contracts, matches people, explains every figure, proposes the daily plan, compares scenarios and evaluates camera trap images. It answers with reference to your own parcels — not by reciting a leaflet.
Nothing is ever applied unasked: the assistant proposes, the farm decides.
Feature overview
49 features, eight areas, one list.
None of this is an add-on with its own price tag. Everything listed is included in every plan — plans differ in area, seats and hunting grounds, not in what the software can do.
Parcels & maps
9Everything starts with the piece of land. Draw parcels, group them into fields, overlay official map services — at the desk and on the phone in the field.
Soil & valuation
3What a parcel is worth is written in the official soil survey. Nemus. One fetches it, intersects it with your own geometry and produces the point values you can actually negotiate with.
Leases, ownership & plough exchange
8Who owns what, who pays whom how much, and when does it run out. People live in ONE list — the owner in the lease contract is the same record as the shareholder in the hunting association.
Cropping & work planning
7From crop rotation through sowing to the wheel track in the field — and to the question of who does it on which day with which machine.
Subsidies & reporting
4The application is the goal, but the check beforehand decides. Nemus. One carries the rules of the CAP 2023–2027 and Brandenburg state funding and tells you what does not fit before you submit.
Forestry
1The youngest area, and deliberately the smallest. It manages woodland as its own kind of unit alongside arable land — no more, but no less.
Hunting & grounds
11A complete set of hunting records: installations, stands, bag, camera traps, driven hunts and the hunting association — georeferenced and sharing the same people as the lease side.
Operations & system
6What the farm sets up once and never has to touch again — plus the things that quietly make sure the data belongs to the farm.
So you know what you are getting
What is in it — and what is not.
Nemus. One is a young product grown out of the day-to-day work of a Brandenburg farm. It does a great deal on parcels, soil, leases and hunting grounds — and deliberately little elsewhere so far.
Parcels and maps, soil valuation, leases and plough exchange, subsidy checks under the CAP 2023–2027, cropping and route planning, hunting and grounds.
Forestry manages stands, but there is no felling plan and no timber measurement. If that is what you need, this is not it today.
Accounting, payroll and inventory management. Nemus. One does not replace an ERP and does not try to.
