1. Controller

The controller for this processing is legal entity, address, representative. Contact for data protection matters: datenschutz@nemus.one.

2. What this website processes

These pages are static files. No analytics or marketing cookies are set and no user profile is built.

  • Server logs: On each request the web server processes IP address, time, requested file and user agent. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention period: enter period.
  • Web fonts: The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits the IP address to Google. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in consistent presentation; self-hosting the fonts avoids this.
  • Language choice: Your chosen language is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) so the notice about the other language version does not reappear. This value never leaves the device.
  • Pricing: The pricing page requests plans from /api/public/plans on the same domain, producing the same server logs as above.

3. Processing inside the application

The application at app.nemus.one processes farm data: parcels and geometries, cadastral parcels and ownership, contracts and payments, people, photos, and in the hunting area kills and grounds data. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Personal data of third parties — in particular lessors and members of the hunting association — is entered by the farm itself. The farm is the controller for this, Nemus.One is the processor. A data processing agreement is provided on request.

4. AI processing

For the assistant features the relevant content is transmitted to a language model provider — for example the text of an uploaded contract or the figures of an evaluation. Transmission only happens when the feature is actively invoked. Provider, processing location and processing agreement: enter provider and legal basis.

Farm data is not used to train models.

5. Hosting and processors

The application runs on servers in Germany. Processors engaged: enter hosting, mail, AI provider.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), plus the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Competent authority: enter authority. Requests to datenschutz@nemus.one.

7. Deletion

After cancellation the account and all its data are deleted. Before cancelling, all content can be exported as shapefile, CSV and PDF.
