1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Nemus.One software, operated by legal entity, by businesses and self-employed persons. This is not a consumer contract.

2. Scope of service

Nemus.One provides the software as a service over the internet. The feature set is identical across plans; plans differ in their limits for area, seats and hunting grounds. The feature set is developed continuously.

Not legal or funding advice. Check results, payment calculations and assistant suggestions are working aids. Responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of an application remains with the farm.

3. Trial

The trial covers 30 days with the full feature set and requires no payment details. It ends automatically and does not roll over into a paid subscription.

4. Prices and payment

The plan applicable at the time of contract applies. All prices are net plus VAT. Billing is monthly or annually in advance. Payment terms: enter payment method and terms.

5. Term and cancellation

The contract runs without a minimum term and can be cancelled at the end of the respective billing period. A plan change is requested from the account and takes effect from the next billing period.

6. Customer obligations

  • Credentials are kept secret and not shared.
  • The customer is the controller under data protection law for third-party data entered, in particular lessors and members of the hunting association.
  • The software is not used to disrupt third-party systems or to access data of other accounts without authorisation.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability. Maintenance windows are announced where possible. A guaranteed availability applies only where expressly agreed: enter SLA or delete.

8. Liability

Liability follows statutory provisions; for slight negligence it is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Full wording: to be reviewed by legal counsel.

9. Data at the end of the contract

Until the contract ends, all content can be exported (shapefile, CSV, PDF). After that, the account and its data are deleted.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is enter jurisdiction.
